What services do you offer?
We provide a range of grooming services including baths, haircuts, nail trimming, and ear cleaning for all breeds of dogs.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling or texting us at (804) 447-0646. If you do not reach us, please leave us a message and we will reach back out to you as soon as possible.
What are your grooming shop hours?
We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays & Mondays.
Do you offer walk-in services?
Yes, we offer nail trims and anal gland expression on a walk-in basis anytime Tues-Sat 9am-5pm. We do recommend appointments for our other grooming services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please contact as soon as you can regarding any scheduling issues. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we do have a $15 late cancellation fee that will be added to your next grooming service with us. All “no-call/no-show” appointments will have a $25 fee.
Are there any breed restrictions?
No, we welcome all breeds and sizes at Pooches & Smooches!
